Terms and Definition
Order is a Buyer’s request to get a Product made in accordance with the requirement of the Website.
A Buyer is a private person, or the one who places an Order on the website, or the one who uses the purchased Products on the website.
Digital goods are a electronically licensed key of a software product.
- General Points
1.1. The Seller is the owner of the Website that realizes its management.
1.2. At registration of an Order, a Buyer accepts the Condition of the agreement.
1.3. A Buyer agrees with the Condition by clicking the button “Purchase” at the last stage of placing an Order on the website.
- The rule of placing an Order and delivering a Product
2.1. At registration of an Order, a Buyer has to enter his/her email where the Product will be sent.
2.2. Digital goods are delivered right after payment.
2.3. Any presented information on the website provides for reference. A Buyer has to address the Seller to clarify a characteristic.
- Payment for A Product
3.1. The presented price of a Product on the website may be changed by the Seller unilaterally.
3.2. The current price is presented at the last stage of placing an Order. It may be changed after clicking the button “Purchase”.
3.3. A Buyer can choose any accessible method of payment.
3.4. Payment is done through payment-aggregator Express-Payment.
3.5. A payment-aggregator charges a commission identified by him/her.
- Money-back or Returning goods
4.1. Digital goods, received by a Buyer are refundable or can be changed in the event of being invalid from the moment of purchasing. A request for changing is accepted no later than 24 hours from the moment of purchasing.
4.2. Sold goods are not refundable. It means you have no right to demand from us to return the product or change it to any similar products in conjunction of transition of sold product.
4.3. Refunds for sold products are given by every possible reason in the event of system shutdown, only if cannot exchange the product for the exact identical one.
- Author’s Right on The Website
5.1. Comply with the author’s right, regulated by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus. The Products can be used only for non-commercial use.
- Rights and Obligations of Parties
6.1. The Seller has the right to transfer and/or refer his/her rights and obligations arising from his/her relations with a Buyer, third person.
6.2. A Seller can offer discounts and bonuses to a Buyer.
6.3. The Seller unilaterally can change discounts and bonuses, also rules of their assessments and conditions of receiving.
6.4. A Buyer has to use purchased goods only with the purpose of using it for his/her personal use (family and etc.), with the purpose of non-commercial activities.
- Other Conditions
7.1. A Buyer has the right to address the Seller in any form, indicated on the website if any question occurs.
7.2. All arguments will be solved through negotiation by the parties.
- Confidentiality
8.1. All personal information, received by a Buyer and the Seller through the Website is confidential.
8.2. Parties are bound to comply with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, and not to divulge confidential information to third parties.
8.3. In order to fulfill his/her obligations for the sale of Goods, the Seller collects the following information from a Buyer; — personal information that a Buyer knowingly provides it to the Seller; technical information, collected through program security of the Seller while a Buyer visits the Website.
8.4. A User gives permission to the Seller to receipt, process and archive his/her personal data.
8.5. The Seller mustn’t provide anyone personal information from a Buyer except in the cases specified by law of the Republic of Belarus.
