2) When in your shopping cart, check if you picked the necessary items and their quantity. At this stage, you can delete items or modify the order before its processing. Upon checking, click “Place an order”;

3) Fill all the necessary fields and click “Verify an order”.

What you need to do:

5) Number of your order and sum of payment will be shown on a payment page. To pay for your order, you should enter card information and verify the payment by clicking “Pay”.

If you card supports 3-D Secure technology, the system will offer you to undergo a standard minute-long procedure to verify the card owner on the page of your bank (bank that issued your card).

Refund is made to a card that was previously used for making payment. Refund period is 1 to 30 days from making a refund by the Seller.

1. Digital items purchased by the Customer are subject to refund or replacement, in case if items were invalid since purchase. Replacement request is accepted not later than 24 hours after purchase.

2. Sale returns are not made. This means that upon purchase of items you may not request refund, replace with other items, and similar actions regarding transfer of the sold items back to our ownership.

3. Refund for sold items (whether these appear invalid or by any other reasons) is only made if we cannot provide a replacement that would correspond to the initially purchased items, based on the description on item page.
